Hollywood Palace Theatre

      North Vine, Hollywood, CA

Another Historic Theatre from 1928. The Hollywood Palace, formerly the Hollywood Playhouse, then the El Capitan, is now managed by Avalon from NYC and Boston. Needing a new look for a new owner, the exterior was brought back to it's original to emphasis the beautiful Spanish Baroque facade. Inside a Moroccan theme was emphasized for it's charming open air patio above the lobby. Working as part of a team, I was one of the artisans who worked on the project in November 2003.
